Ordering and payment

How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, log in with your mobile number (OTP), enter your delivery address and pay online.

Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards and netbanking, processed by our RBI-authorised payment gateway partner. We never see or store your card or UPI PIN details. Cash on delivery is not available at present.

Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. The price shown includes GST. Your GST invoice is available in "My orders" after payment.

My payment was deducted but the order is not confirmed.
Confirmation can take a few minutes. If the order is not confirmed, the amount is refunded automatically to your original payment method in 5-7 working days. You can also write to support@astrodarbaar.com.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched in 1-2 working days and usually arrive in 3-7 working days. See the shipping policy.

Is there a shipping charge?
Free above ₹999. A flat ₹60 applies to smaller orders.

How can I track my order?
You receive tracking details by SMS/WhatsApp, and they also appear on your order page.

Products

Are your gemstones natural?
Each product page states whether the stone is natural, heat-treated, treated or lab-created. Please read the details before buying.

Do premium stones come with a certificate?
Where a laboratory certificate exists, its lab name and number are shown on the product page.

What is a ratti?
A traditional Indian unit of weight used for gemstones; 1 carat is roughly 1.09 ratti. We show both carat and ratti where available.

Which gemstone is right for me?
We sell products and do not give personal astrological advice. Please consult a qualified astrologer of your choice before wearing a gemstone. Products are sold on the basis of traditional belief; no result is guaranteed. See the disclaimer.

Returns and cancellation

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, from "My orders" until it is shipped. Paid amounts are refunded to the original payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged or is not as described?
Tell us within 48 hours with photos or an unboxing video and we will replace it or refund you. Details in the refund policy.
