Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel an order from "My orders" until it is shipped. If you paid online, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Returns / replacement

• Damaged, defective or wrong item: report within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photos at support@astrodarbaar.com or WhatsApp +91 7377267777. We will replace it or refund in full.
• Natural gemstones vary slightly in colour and inclusions - this is not a defect.
• Energised / blessed items, custom-set jewellery and items worn or used are not returnable unless damaged or wrong.
• Premium ratna: return only if the item does not match the certificate/description; the stone must be unworn and in original packaging with its certificate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item (immediately after approval for cancellations). Cash-on-delivery refunds are made by bank transfer.
